1. How do I get to klpac?

There are three parking lots available, please see our Facilities and Parking Map below:

3. What are the hours of operation?

Office:

10:00am -6:30pm (Monday –Friday)

10:00am-2:00pm (Saturday)

Closed Sunday

Box Office:

10:30-6:30 no shows

10:30-8:30 during show times

-Box office is opened during public holidays, Sundays and lunch times

4. What transit system can I use to go to klpac?

Train: KTM Station  (10 minute walk)

LRT: Sentul LRT is on the yellow line. From KLCC take kelana Jaya line to Masjid Jamek, then proceed on Ampang line and stop at Sentul  (10 minute drive).

Bus Stop: Jln Ipoh (outside the gatehouse / opposite VIVA Residency / 5 minute walk)

5. Does klpac provide taxi service after a performance?

Yes, the box office may arrange for your taxi to be standing by after a performance. Please inform our friendly box office staff or speak to Joanna (Box Office Supervisor)

6. How do I purchase show tickets?

-Purchasing tickets online is currently under construction

-To purchase tickets you must pay over the phone with credit card or walk in over the counter at the klpac or The Actors Studio @ Lot 10

-If you choose to pay with credit card over the phone you must provide:

1.expiry date

2.type of card

3.security code

-The information provided with phone transaction will be automatically erased once the transaction has been complete

-Your name and contact information is the only information that will be saved.

7. Do students get discounted tickets?

Yes, students are always welcomed at klpac, just present your student card at the box office counter to get your ticket at concession price. Please ask our friendly staff for more information.

8. When and where can I collect the tickets?

Can collect tickets anytime after purchase from the Box Office at klpac at least 1 -2 hours before the show.

9. Does klpac do ticket bookings?

No, klpac does not take bookings.

10. Can I return or exchange tickets?

There are no refunds or exchanges of dates once tickets are purchased.

11. Is klpac accommodating for disabled visitors?

klpac is a wheel chair friendly facility but does not provide wheelchairs

-Pentas 1 is wheelchair friendly in section A1 A6 A7 A14 A15 A17 A19

-Pentas 2 is free seating but wheelchair accessible

-There is reserved parking for disabled visitors located beside the main doors of klpac

13. Is there a dress code?

No dress code. Come as comfortable as possible.

14. Can I buy Art Merchandise at klpac?

Yes, we have a variety of merchandise such as T-shirts, CD’s, books and magazines.
