Light is a beautiful thing. It exists in every aspect of our world. We can see light - at times we can feel it. It can be harsh and unforgiving, it can be gentle and subtle, it illuminates and at the same time, it can blind us. There is a thin line which separates the idea of 'guided by the light' from 'blinded by the light'.
Sparky Dawg Entertainment, in conjunction with Candid Photography and the Electric Minds Project (EMP), in support of EMP's production , A Light in KL CIty, presents : Portraits of Light, an exhibition that captures permutations and formations of light in our immediate world - electrical light, natural light, light as an illumination or light herself as a muse - in a series of photographs by five young, aspiring photographers here in Kuala Lumpur.
