klpac is currently on the lookout for box office staff to join its team. As a non-profit organisation aimed at promoting the arts in Malaysia, we seek like-minded people who would enjoy working in an NGO environment and help us in our cause.
BOX OFFICE
The box office is one of the first contact points for klpac's patrons and potential visitors who wish to purchase tickets or simply enquire about a show or about klpac itself. Training to operate the Axcess ticketing system will be provided.
Besides facilitating ticket purchase & collection, the box office team is also tasked to ensure that all patrons have a positive and pleasant first impression. They are to assist each patron to the best of their ability.
- Excellent communication skills, must be fluent in English & BM
- Ability to handle cash responsibly & accurately
- Good organisational skills
- Good problem solving skills, can think on the feet
- PC literate
- Minimum SPM
- Able to work shift (morning / afternoon)
- Prior customer service experience would be an advantage
