One of klpac’s most popular programmes is back! Now in its 13th season, SHORT+SWEET Malaysia 2020 will run from 1st October to 24th October at klpac before moving up to penangpac from 30th October to 7th November.

Like before, the festival kicks off with SHORT+SWEET Film on 1st Oct!

For the very first time, Short+Sweet Film Malaysia goes online. You can enjoy all 13 short films online via CloudTheatre’s virtual theatre platform from the comfort of your own home.

And yes, you’ll still be able to vote for your favourite film so that it stands a chance to win the coveted Audience Choice Award!

Keep these dates – 1st & 2nd October – free to catch some of the most exciting and creative works by our filmmakers, all ten minutes or under!

That’s not all! After SHORT+SwEET Film, the festival will continue with live performances of comedy, song, musical, dance and theatre after.

The new MKN guide dated 15 July states that those aged 12 and below and above 60 are not encouraged to attend whereas the earlier guide stated ‘not allowed’.
