Multimedia Content Creator / Videographer
If you’re a strong visual storyteller and like working with multimedia, klpac and The Actors Studio are hiring a Multimedia Content Creator / Videographer.

An integral member of the Publicity & Marketing Department, the Video & Multimedia Editor and Designer looks after all multimedia needs and assets of the company to realise its marketing and creative vision.
Responsible for the overall media production including photography, videography, and video editing for the arts centre as well as its programmes (shows, events, courses etc) and channels.
• To manage the end-to-end process from idea conceptualisation, campaign planning, execution, post-production, and delivery
• To photograph and video shoot its shows and programmes.
• To maintain proper archive of its digital assets and manage its multimedia equipment / inventory.
• To work with and manage external partners such as videographers & photographers.
• To handle other multimedia needs from time to time like live feed and assist in other areas of publicity when needed.
• As a member of the publicity team, this includes being an ambassador / spokesperson for the company as well as always ensuring that the company, its brand, its people, products, services & content are shown in the best light possible.

Qualifications
• Prior work experience in videography / multimedia field preferred
• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and other editing software as well as able to handle camera / audio / video and related equipment.
• Able to work independently and project manage own tasks
• Good communication skills and people skills
• Able to work nights and weekends as work revolves around show schedule.

Donor Relations Manager

If you are not only passionate about the arts but believe in its importance and are equipped with the skills to translate that into concrete support for klpac, then join our team as a Donor Relations Manager.

An integral part of klpac’s publicity and marketing team, the Donor Relations Manager drives and manages klpac’s fundraising campaigns and programmes. As a champion of our cause, the person also will work towards improving greater awareness and understanding of our work among external stakeholders like corporations while building a strong community of supporters for our non-profit organisation.
• To strategise an integrated and multi-channel fundraising framework for klpac that meets its funding needs
• To develop a short-term and long-term fundraising plan with set goals and an engaging fundraising calendar of activities all year round
• To run existing donor programmes and ensure that benefits promised to donors are fulfilled and they remain delighted with our offerings
• To tap into funding opportunities such as grants, subsidies and other in-kind resources
• To ensure the fulfillment of sponsors’ KPIs including reporting and documentation
• To grow klpac’s donor and sponsor base by devising and driving new fundraising programmes, activities and or events including potential fundraising partnerships
• To maintain donor & sponsorship records as well as track and report on fundraising initiatives and programmes
• To assist in other areas of publicity and marketing of klpac as and when needed

Candidate is required to have:
• At least 3 years experience in sales, marketing, business development or fundraising
• Warm personality and strong communications skills, both oral and written especially in English (BM will be an advantage)
• Familiar with Excel, data & finances as well as data visualisation, proposal-making and reporting using Canva
• Past project management and campaign experience dealing with partnerships, negotiations and contracts
• Ability to work independently including great organisational skills, attention to detail and problem solving skills as you will be running programmes / events

Assistant Production Stage Manager

• Coordination in production management and stage management of internal and collaboration productions that may include touring.
Realising the visions of the producer and the director within constraints of theatre and technical possibility.
• Create work schedules and ensure that work areas are properly equipped/maintained.
• Utilise resources for special projects, help to create a positive working environment.
• Ensuring a good working relationship with other departments within klpac.

Qualifications

At least 1 year working experience in production and/or stage management
Strong communication skills and proficient in speaking and writing in English (BM and other languages added advantage)
Production Stage management experience and organisational skills
Possesses own vehicle
